We recently stayed at a beautiful hotel in the center of Georgetown and we were extremely impressed. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the area on foot. The staff at this place were so friendly, obliging, and happy to help, providing us with a very personalized service. They were knowledgeable about the area and offered us great travel tips. The room itself was stunning, with beautiful decor and all the modern amenities we could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was luxurious with fantastic toiletries. We loved the little extra touches such as the evening drink in the fridge and the freshly made snacks provided. The breakfast choices were excellent, ensuring we started our day off right. We couldn't recommend this place enough and wish we could have stayed longer.

Everything. Lovely owners and staff were all so helpful - especially as due to a very long train journey, arriving 6 hours late in the early hours of the morning, a little personal itinerary was suggested for us which meant we could see Georgetown in all of the hour we had available! So friendly and with a very personal touch. The hotel is a beautiful building, furnished so well. A delightful but all too short stay.
Absolutely nothing.

Excellent and unbeatable setting in the beautiful area, just next door to the back verandah for sunset drinks, all the major sights and an excellant clinic for service. For tea or coffee visit Lollipop Ropitiam nearby...
Not particularly friendly staff!

I stayed at Campbell House for 13 nights and had a great experience. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, offering parking advice and even bringing restaurant orders to my room. The service was excellent, and the complimentary drinks in the mini bar and afternoon cakes were a lovely touch. The staff were knowledgeable about the local area and provided great recommendations for dining and sightseeing. The bed in my Loft room was extremely comfortable, and breakfast was consistently delicious. The hotel's central location made it a perfect base for exploring.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The warmth of the welcome was fantastic, as was the personal care and attention of Nardya and Roberto and the rest of the team. Fantastic, helpful, we will return
the presence of a nespresso in the room is great. But I like tea, and i have to remember to use the machine for tea BEFORE I make coffee.... small problem

Excellent stay, as always. Charming old venue, nothing to complain about. A wide range of goodies for breakfast. Lovely looking and well-appointed rooms with an often occupied writing desk, very comfortable beds, for example and extravagant breakfast. Amazingly attentive staff, quick check-in and superb bar. Excellent and perfect location - a short way from Kidland Playground. Walking distance to a public market and a market across the street.
